Everything You Want

Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Pre-launch notice: seller identity, support contact, the file catalog, and ownership-transfer terms are not yet finalized. Orders are not accepted.

1. Seller and availability

Everything You Want is the storefront name at everythingyouwant.net. The legal seller name, business address, registration information where applicable, and support email must be published before sales begin. This site currently accepts no orders and charges no money.

2. The digital product

The proposed Mystery Vendor Box contains 20 digital files for a one-time price of €30. Contents are a mystery selection, not a physical shipment. The final catalog must disclose file types, possible contents, software requirements, selection and duplicate rules, and representative examples before checkout opens. No monetary value, profit, rare prize, or business result is guaranteed.

3. Price and payment

The advertised box price is €30. There is no subscription. The final total, including any applicable taxes, must be clearly displayed before payment. No payment provider is connected yet; payment-provider terms will be identified before orders are accepted.

4. Delivery

Digital delivery is planned, but no delivery method or delivery time is currently confirmed. Before purchase, the offer must state how and when the files are delivered and how download problems are resolved. There is currently no paid download service.

5. Ownership and intellectual property

The offer is intended to transfer ownership of the 20 supplied files to the buyer. The scope of that transfer—including copyright, exclusivity, modification and resale rights—has not yet been documented. Possession of a downloaded copy does not by itself transfer copyright. Before sales open, written terms must state exactly which rights transfer and any third-party restrictions. The seller must own or be authorized to transfer those rights; no rights beyond that authority can be promised.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

See our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer protections, including remedies for missing, defective, or misdescribed content, are not excluded. Immediate digital supply must not be used to remove withdrawal rights without legally valid express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation.

7. Use and disputes

Do not use files unlawfully or infringe others’ rights. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. The seller’s jurisdiction and applicable dispute-resolution information will be added once the seller is identified; consumers retain mandatory protections applicable to them.

8. Contact and changes

Seller and support availability is listed on the Contact page. Changes to an offer must be disclosed before purchase and cannot retroactively remove agreed or statutory rights.
