Refund Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
No orders are currently accepted
Checkout and paid delivery are not available. This policy describes the consumer protections to be respected when the store opens; the support email and payment-provider refund process must be added before launch.
Withdrawal before digital supply
Where EU or EEA consumer withdrawal rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days from concluding the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Other applicable jurisdictions may provide additional rights. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
Immediate downloads
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, a withdrawal exception may apply only when legal conditions are met, including prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledgment that the withdrawal right will be lost, and the required contract confirmation. Downloading a file alone is not treated here as sufficient consent. Checkout must collect any required consent separately, without a pre-selected checkbox.
Missing, faulty or misdescribed files
If files are not supplied, cannot be accessed, are defective, or do not match the agreed description, applicable rights to supply, correction, price reduction or termination and refund remain available. A mystery selection does not excuse delivering fewer than the promised 20 files or content outside the disclosed offer.
Making a request
A working support email will be published on the Contact page before purchases open. When contacting support, provide the order reference and describe the issue; never send a full card number or password. The applicable payment-provider process and refund timing will be disclosed once that provider is connected.
